Living healthfully means encompassing the spectrum of your life in wellness by "filling up your tank" with a harmonic ends in four areas: emotional (e), physical (P), mental (M) and spiritual (S). We call this ePMS, with energy directed 'uphill' in the following sequence: ePMS

The beginning is emotional integrity (e), the most important of the four quadrants, which leads to your overall physical health (p). Healthy emotions lead to minimal risk for illness and dis-ease. When you remind your feelings to r-e-l-a-x, you can manifest love. In contrary, in times of stress, it is much more possible to create voids that can attract energies of frustration, anger, hate and other negativities.

Then your physical well-being (p) leads to your mental strength (m). Lastly, your intellectual, rational & cerebral power (m) allows you to tap into expanding your spiritual connection (s). Your spiritual union to One, the Absolute, your Creator, is based on manifesting the optimal in your emotional, physical, and mental planes of your life. In addition, there is the understanding that the stability of your emotional output, your depth of compassion, and your propensity for forgiveness as part of your emotional honor ultimately determines the ease to connect elsewhere including to divinities, energies, and dimensions.

Accomplishing regular low-impact exercise, cherishing the superlative energy of organic and non-genetically modified food, incorporating alternative medicine when sick, taking probiotics to attain maximum immunity in your GI tract, discovering your food allergies, avoiding vaccinations, and getting in moderation some sun is all beneficial. However, it is so important to go beyond the physical realm when we incorporate living healthfully into our daily plan. While all of these of course help in optimizing health, know that living healthfully begins with our breath, our thoughts, our emotions, making wise decisions that better us and our environment, and connecting to a higher level of consciousness.

Ultimately, forgiving yourself and others, as well as loving yourself and others may be the most quintessential form of living healthfully. On the best path toward serving ourselves and our planet, and claiming unlimited Abundance, it is then that the true path to joy begins. Abundance is connection with One, and having unlimited ability to tap into different forms of prosperity such as inner peace, love, family, health, freedom, and many other examples like good air, close friends, respect, self-confidence, courage, even the ability to nurture a crippled ant with loving thoughts, and so much more.

R-e-l-a-x. The meaning of life is not complex, but it does consist of many choices: you are here as an eternal light form bundled in a shell. to seek out new opportunities, to learn lessons, to enjoy quiet moments of each day, to share your love, to forget what number of years you have attained, to be humble, to teach, to realize your karmic journey, to discover your path, to have gratitude for larger forces around you, to do your best, and to help others less fortunate. And to know that you have an incredible gift to connect higher. Believe in number one - you. Think positive, feel your role in the world, do random acts of kindness, and know that we are all connected. Once you are certain that you are not alone, and you can reach out, you will surely find all is well. And so it is, to your vibrant health!
